Here’s exactly what that means for your Premium subscription.
What counts as “using” Premium
Any one of these, at any point in your billing cycle, counts as active use:
The 25/30-day check
If none of the above happens for 25 days, we email you a heads-up. If it’s still unused 5 days after that — 30 days of no activity in total — we stop your subscription from renewing and email you to confirm it. Your account moves to the free tier once your current paid period ends.
We never cut your access short. Whatever you’ve already paid for, you keep — the only thing that changes is whether the subscription renews.
Changed your mind?
If you start using Premium again before your current period ends, the pending change is automatically reversed and your subscription continues as normal — no need to contact us.
New subscribers
This check only ever looks at usage from after you subscribed, so joining Premium never puts you at immediate risk of an automatic downgrade.
