Terms of Use
Last updated 31 July 2026
Introduction
These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") are a contract between you and Your Luggage Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17370153) ("Your Luggage") and the Your Luggage browser extension (collectively, the "Service").
Users Based in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United States, UK, or Europe
If you are based in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Brazil, you agree to the applicable supplemental terms that are included at the end of this Agreement, so please review them carefully.
If you are based in the United States, then the applicable Terms of Use that govern your use of the Service are set forth here: yourluggage.shop/terms/us.
If you are based in the UK or Europe, then the applicable Terms of Use that govern your use of the Service are set forth here: yourluggage.shop/terms/eu.
Accepting the Terms
By using any portion of the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies to you regardless of whether you are a "Member" (which means you have created an account with Your Luggage) or are a "Visitor" (which means that you are using the Service but have not created an account with Your Luggage). The term "you" or "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. The terms "we" or "our" or "us" refer to Your Luggage. You must be an individual and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, to use the Service. You may not use the Service or accept this Agreement if you are not of a legal age and able and competent to form a binding contract with Your Luggage. If you use the Service, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by this Agreement. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are not using the Service for or on behalf of any third-party, or for any commercial purpose.
Amendments to this Agreement
Your Luggage may amend this Agreement or other policies that govern the Service from time to time. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted to yourluggage.shop/terms, and the posted Agreement will indicate the date the Agreement was last revised. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service. By continuing to use the Service after any changes to this Agreement are posted, you agree to be bound by those changes.
Privacy and your Personal Information
The Service is subject to Your Luggage's privacy and data protection practices (our "Privacy Statement"). Please read our Privacy Statement at yourluggage.shop/privacy. Our Privacy Statement explains how Your Luggage collects, uses and shares your information when you visit our Website, use the Your Luggage browser extension or otherwise access the Service. By using the Service, you consent to Your Luggage's collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in our Privacy Statement.
Description of the Service
Your Luggage is a browser extension that reads product listings from the retailer page you are browsing and surfaces, for each listing it finds, risk signals and size and measurement data filtered against your own stored measurements when shopping online. Your Luggage offers a variety of ways to access aspects of our Service, including the Website and browser extension. Not all aspects of our Service will be available through all channels or in all locations. Your Luggage works using data extracted from the retailer page you are browsing.
In addition, you must become a Paid Premium Member to access some portions of our Service, including open-web product search beyond the page you are browsing and a higher saved products limit. Premium is optional; the free tier remains fully usable without payment. Your Luggage is not responsible for any missed savings, opportunities or problems arising from incorrect sizing information.
While we attempt to provide accurate descriptions for the products and other information shown within or through the Service, much of the information we display (including many size specifications) is provided by third parties that we do not control. We do not warrant that the product descriptions, third-party offers, or related merchant information or terms shown through the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The inclusion of any products within the Website or browser extension at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products will be available at any other time.
Our services are currently available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Support for other browsers may be added later and will be announced if and when it is.
Premium
We make money to sustain the Service through Premium subscriptions. Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change on notice; a price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal Stripe provides; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the period you are currently in. You will keep Premium access for the rest of that period.
Merchant Websites and Purchases
The Service allows you to view information about products listed for sale by third-party merchants online, find offers on those products, and track pricing information. Your Luggage may provide product information and savings opportunities through our browser extension when you are on a third-party merchant's website. However, in all cases any merchant product will be purchased directly from the merchant and through the merchant's website. You are not buying the product from or through Your Luggage. Your Luggage is not a re-seller or distributor of any products of third-party merchants.
Merchant Returns
If you are unhappy with your merchant product purchase, if you wish to return your merchant product, if you ordered a merchant product and it has not arrived, or if you have another customer service inquiry regarding your purchased merchant product, you will need to contact the third-party merchant from whom you purchased the product. Your Luggage is not involved in your merchant product purchase and is not able to assist with any customer service inquiries or returns related to that purchase.
Your Luggage Offers and Third-Party Links
Your Luggage may display to you offers and other personalized and non-personalized pricing and product information regarding goods and services offered by third-party merchants. These offers and product information may be provided in several ways, including as links to third-party websites or as coupons or discount codes you can apply to your purchase of products offered by third-party merchants.
Not all Your Luggage Offers will be available on all devices, web browsers, or through all channels. If shown a Your Luggage Offer, you must follow the instructions displayed to you on that device and channel in order to take advantage of the offer.
To improve our services, Your Luggage may track how you use the services we provide, including whether you click on Your Luggage links to third-party websites, your actions on those third-party merchant websites, and whether you use the discount or coupon codes displayed by Your Luggage.
Your Luggage Is Not Responsible for Third Parties
All products you purchase from a third-party merchant, including those linked from the Website or through the Your Luggage browser extension, are: (a) priced by the applicable third-party merchant (including whether such prices include applicable taxes, and any additional fees, such as shipping and handling); and (b) fulfilled, shipped, and otherwise serviced (including but not limited to the processing of returns, refunds, and cancellations) by the applicable third-party merchant and not by Your Luggage. Your Luggage is not responsible for any third-party merchant products or any information contained on the third-party merchant's website.
You agree that your purchase from a third-party merchant is subject to such merchant's own terms and conditions applicable to such purchase. You agree that Your Luggage is in no way responsible or liable to you for any products you purchase through or using the Service, including for any product liability claim, improper charges, delivery failures, pricing errors, or inaccurate product descriptions. You acknowledge and agree that Your Luggage is not liable or otherwise responsible for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by any third-party merchants.
Your Luggage does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services that are displayed through the Service. Your Luggage is not an agent, distributor, re-seller, broker or otherwise responsible for third-party merchants or the activities or policies of those merchant websites, or the products or services available on them. Your Luggage does not promise or guarantee that the product details, prices, or other service terms offered by any particular merchant via our Service are the best prices, best terms or lowest rates available in the market.
When you access third-party websites through our Service, you accept that there are risks in doing so, and that Your Luggage is not responsible for such risks. We encourage you to be aware when you are on a third-party merchant website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third-party website or service that you visit or utilize.
Your Luggage has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices or opinions expressed in any third-party websites or by any third-party that you interact with through the Service. In addition, Your Luggage will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor or edit the content of any third-party site or service.
By using the Service, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service. If you have a dispute with any third-party (including a merchant from whom you purchase a product in connection with the Service), you agree that Your Luggage is under no obligation to become involved. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Your Luggage, our affiliates, and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, and successors from claims, demands, and damages of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to any dispute you have with a third-party in connection with the Service.
Your Log-In and Account Information
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in ID, email address, password and any other personal identifying information or other codes used to access your Your Luggage account or the Service ("Log-In Information"). If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Log-In Information, you agree to notify Your Luggage immediately.
Accurate records enable Your Luggage to provide the Service to you. You agree to keep your email address, your other contact information and any payment information in your Your Luggage account profile accurate and up-to-date. If you fail to keep your contact information updated, you will still be deemed to have received any notices we deliver to the email address you last provided.
Electronic Notices
By providing us with your email address, you agree to receive all account related notices electronically, to that e-mail address. It is your responsibility to update or change that address, as appropriate. We may also use your email address to contact you about our own and third-parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please adjust your user preferences in your account profile and/or click "Unsubscribe" in any e-mail communications we send you.
Electronic Notifications
Your Luggage may provide you with electronic notifications by email, push notification or other electronic means. Some electronic notifications are mandatory, including security-related notifications, such as when you update your log-in information or password.
Other types of notifications are voluntary and may be modified through the Service. They may be customized, deactivated or reactivated by you. Your Luggage may add new notifications from time to time, or cease to provide certain notifications at any time at its sole discretion.
Because notifications are not encrypted, we will never include your password. However, notifications may include your Your Luggage login information and some information about your account. Anyone with access to your email will be able to view the content of these notifications. While you may disable certain voluntary notifications, we will still send you Service-related notices as needed to allow us to provide you the Service.

The contents of the Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos and button icons), photographs, editorial content, notices, software and other material are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws. The contents of the Service belong or are licensed to Your Luggage or its software or content suppliers. Your Luggage grants you the right to view and use the Service subject to this Agreement. Any distribution, reprint or electronic reproduction of any content from the Service, other than as expressly permitted in this Agreement or with our prior written consent, is prohibited. You agree that Your Luggage may use your feedback, suggestions, or ideas in any way, including in future modifications of the Service, other products or services, advertising or marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the content and all services and products associated with the Service are provided to you on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. You also agree that Your Luggage shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any notification; for any errors in the content of a notification; or for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third-party in reliance on a notification.
Limitations on Your Luggage's Liability
Your Luggage shall in no event be responsible or liable to you or to any third party, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, liquidated or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising in whole or in part from your access to the Service, your use of the Service or this Agreement, or for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained on or through the Service, even if Your Luggage has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Your Luggage's liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to £500.00 (five hundred pounds sterling) in the aggregate.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of loss. To the extent that any exclusion or limitation set out in this Agreement is not valid or not enforceable under applicable law, the liability of Your Luggage shall be limited or excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Therefore, the foregoing limitations and exclusions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement affects statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, including (without limitation) your rights where Your Luggage's liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Your Indemnification of Your Luggage
You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Your Luggage and its officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, from and against all claims and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees and other legal expenses, in whole or in part arising out of or attributable to your use of the Service or any breach of this Agreement by you or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party when using the Service.
Ending your Relationship with Your Luggage (and vice versa)
This Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Your Luggage as set out below. If you want to terminate this Agreement, you may do so immediately at any time by closing your account for the Service. Otherwise just uninstall Your Luggage and stop visiting our Website and using the Service.
Email removeaccount@yourluggage.shop to cancel your account. Upon doing so:
- your account will be closed and your ability to log in will be deactivated; and

Your Luggage may immediately, at any time, terminate this Agreement (and therefore your right to access and use the Service) by notifying you (if safe to do so) to the e-mail address provided by you as part of your registration information.
Governing Law and Forum for Disputes
This Agreement, and your relationship with Your Luggage under this Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict or choice of laws provisions.
If a dispute arises between you and Your Luggage, you and Your Luggage will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
You are entitled to have your claim heard by a court. To the extent permitted by law, you and Your Luggage agree that any dispute brought by either party will be brought on an individual basis and not as a claim brought as part of a group, collective or representative proceeding.
Copyright Disputes and User Content
If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@yourluggage.shop with details of the material and the rights you believe it infringes, so we can investigate. Assignment
Your Luggage may assign, without recourse, any or all of its rights or obligations under this Agreement, including all or a portion of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that portion of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be stricken from this Agreement.
You agree that if Your Luggage does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Agreement (or which Your Luggage has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Your Luggage's rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Your Luggage.
All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive your acceptance of this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement. The term "including" in this Agreement means "including but not limited to."
